Finance Services Manager – Treasury & Trade Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Finance Services Manager to oversee treasury account onboarding and banking portal access, supporting our fast‑growing fintech business. The role sits within the Finance team and works closely with Settlements, Trade and Support functions to ensure smooth operations and robust risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure group treasury accounts are managed and maintained effectively.
• Manage banking portal access, granting correct permissions to key stakeholders.
• Scale operations by setting up new entities correctly from a treasury and finance perspective.
• Support Settlements, Trade, and Support teams as needed.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure business continuity.
• Implement new tools and processes to improve team performance.
• Enhance controls and documentation of trading and funding processes.
• Manage risk and control metrics such as KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in treasury, onboarding, or payments.
• Background in a reputable high‑growth bank or fintech.
• Knowledge of various financial instruments.
• Proven ability to deliver change and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of key treasury or finance functions.
• Experience in risk and control management.
