Finance Program Manager – Service Execution

About the role

As a Finance Program Manager – Service Execution within Accounting Services, you will lead high‑profile projects for the global Head of Accounting Services. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, manage and deliver complex projects that support the Accounting Services organization.
• Identify, implement and maintain tools and processes that enable high‑performance accounting operations.
• Collaborate with global Function Leads to optimise day‑to‑day accounting tools and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, including workflow standardisation and automation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for existing and new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• 3–6 years of project and transformation experience.
• Proven track record of delivering process‑improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of operational accounting processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS‑Office proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of project‑management tools and techniques.
