Finance Processes & Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Euronext is looking for a Finance Processes & Continuous Improvement Lead to join its Finance team in Porto, reporting to the Head of Group Corporate Programmes and Operations. The role leads Finance process governance and continuous improvement, driving end-to-end accountability and alignment across Finance. The position can start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance process governance, bringing together process, data and system owners to drive accountability and alignment.
• Own the continuous improvement governance, standards and documentation across Finance, keeping a single, up-to-date view of the Finance operating model.
• Drive cross-functional process reviews to simplify, standardise and optimise Finance operations.
• Build and manage the Finance improvement roadmap, prioritising initiatives by business value, impact and resource availability.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and continuous improvement workshops, and coordinate the delivery and adoption of improvements with Operations, IT and Data teams.
• Identify and accelerate automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
• Track, measure and report benefits, KPIs and portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Data/Technology or a related field.
• 6+ years in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience driving process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled initiatives in complex international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional governance experience.
• Fluent English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
