Finance Manager (Remote)

About the role

Eve Curls, a fast‑growing Dutch DTC hair‑care brand, is looking for a Finance Manager to build and own the finance function from the ground up. This fully remote position offers direct access to the founders and high impact on a company scaling 150%+ year over year.

Key responsibilities

• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Cash‑flow management and expense control
• Compliance across multiple jurisdictions (VAT filings, customs, annual filings, inter‑company documentation)
• FX and payment‑processing optimisation
• Payroll administration
• Design and implementation of finance infrastructure, processes and systems
• Automation and AI initiatives to eliminate manual work
• Management of external bookkeeping and local compliance agencies

Required profile

• 5+ years in a senior finance or accounting role (e.g., Financial Controller)
• Proven experience running a finance function end‑to‑end with full accountability
• Background in multi‑entity, multi‑currency, multi‑jurisdiction organisations
• International VAT experience across several countries
• Fluent English and ability to work independently
• Chartered Accountant qualification or similar is a plus
• Experience in consumer goods, FMCG or e‑commerce is desirable
