Finance Lecturer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

Join Alignerr’s AI training team to apply your finance expertise to shape how large language models reason about markets, valuation, and economic concepts. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you work on cutting‑edge AI projects while leveraging your teaching experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated finance questions, explanations, and reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Evaluate complex topics such as valuation, risk assessment, capital markets, and financial economics.
• Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Apply teaching experience to spot common student mistakes in financial concepts.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explain correctness.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
