Finance and Reporting Analyst (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance and Reporting Analyst to join our finance team in Lisbon. You will support accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting while working closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain financial models and project business plans
• Coordinate with bookkeeping firms, banks, and tax advisors
• Track project costs and update financial information
• Prepare reports and presentations for management

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance or a related field from a first‑tier Portuguese university
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real‑estate development
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration
• Advanced analytical abilities in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
