Finance Analyst - Plant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support plant operations by analysing product value streams, aligning SAP system definitions with logistics and production processes, and driving cost‑optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse the product value chain to identify improvement opportunities.
• Align SAP system configurations with logistics and production processes.
• Critically evaluate product cost structures (cost breakdown) and perform cost‑impact simulations.
• Propose changes aimed at cost and resource optimisation.
• Maintain master data in SAP, including product structure (PN, BOM, routing).
• Monitor system changes, analyse results and support daily production activities (recording, error handling, training).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in financial analysis, logistics or production‑process roles.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and cost analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and continuous‑improvement tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
