Field Support Specialist – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a Field Support Specialist to join our Porto team. You will provide on‑site technical assistance, resolve hardware, software and network incidents, and ensure smooth operation for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for on‑site teams.
• Install, configure and maintain new equipment and keep existing systems up‑to‑date.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of specific technologies.
• Document incidents, resolutions and updates in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to address concerns.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Educational background in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non‑technical users.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
