Field Clinical Representative – Cardiac Rhythm Management (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Field Clinical Representative to provide advanced clinical and technical support for cardiac rhythm management devices across Puerto Rico. The role combines hands‑on implant assistance, patient programming, and mentorship of junior representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical support during cardiac device implants, follow‑ups, troubleshooting, and patient programming.
• Act as a clinical advisor for complex cases, guiding candidacy assessment and case strategy.
• Travel extensively throughout Puerto Rico and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
• Train physicians, nurses, and technicians on Boston Scientific technology and software.
• Lead, coach, and onboard junior field clinical representatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical research, and technical support teams to develop optimal customer solutions.
• Contribute to regional strategy, identify growth opportunities, and leverage data, digital tools, and AI to improve decision‑making.
• Maintain commercial inventory and required documentation in compliance with corporate standards.
