Facility Engineer

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Facility Engineer to ensure the reliability, safety, and technical compliance of its electrical and mechanical facilities. You will work in an industrial environment, applying diagnostic tools and supporting preventive maintenance strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnostics on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Carry out inspections, certifications, and compliance assessments for electrical installations and industrial equipment.
• Execute thermography, vibration analysis, harmonic analysis, and power quality measurements.
• Identify technical risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Travel for site visits and technical support as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial environments, technical maintenance, or facility management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial safety, and the Machinery Directive.
• Proficiency with technical measurement and diagnostic tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Autonomous, structured, and responsible work style.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
