Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support its manufacturing operations during the day shift. The role focuses on supervising subcontractors, planning maintenance activities, and ensuring all work complies with GMP and EHS requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and schedule preventive and corrective work orders performed by subcontractors.
• Coordinate maintenance work for technicians and contractors, ensuring alignment with weekly and long‑term schedules.
• Develop job plans, risk hazard analyses, and change controls for corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and verify that invoices contain correct PO numbers and descriptions, approving or rejecting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the system and participate in Process Team meetings to discuss status.
• Ensure all activities meet Quality, GMP, and EHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a GMP/EHS regulated manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience supervising technicians and subcontractors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
