About the role

The Senior Financial Specialist will lead complex financial and accounting initiatives, ensuring robust internal controls, cost efficiency, and cash‑flow stability for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute high‑complexity tasks related to internal and external audits.
• Develop and enforce cost‑reduction policies and optimal resource utilization.
• Apply operational financial and accounting controls within the Finance and Administration department.
• Analyze economic strategies to guarantee sufficient cash flow for ongoing operations.
• Address management inquiries and keep senior leadership informed of potential delays.
• Oversee implementation of accounting methods impacted by changes in FASB, GAAP, IFRS, and FCC regulations.
• Lead teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and mentor less‑experienced auditors.
• Represent the Finance Manager during their absence and manage complex special projects.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma with a specialization in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with public‑accounting exposure or accounting‑system implementation.
• If holding an MBA, at least four (4) years of relevant experience is required.
