eRetail Search Expert

About the role

We are looking for an eRetail Search Expert to join the Digital Marketing Experts team at Nestlé Business Solutions Portugal. In this role you will improve the visibility and ranking of Nestlé products on priority e‑retailers across Europe, supporting the Nutrition business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate eRetail Search priorities across markets and key retailers.
• Develop keyword strategies for brands, products and categories, and monitor competitor activity.
• Conduct and coordinate eRetailer search audits and support product detail page optimisation.
• Track Share of Search evolution and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create retailer‑specific guidance, playbooks and training to enable market adoption.
• Collaborate with internal service lines, agencies and partners to align execution with business goals.
• Identify and implement tools and AI‑enabled solutions to scale Search activation.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑business, eCommerce or search.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
