English Trainer for Global Leader in Sleep Technology

About the role

We are seeking an English Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes for our employees in Lisbon. The role combines curriculum development, classroom instruction and one‑to‑one coaching to help staff progress in their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt training content from existing knowledge bases.
• Translate business requirements into structured learning modules, roadmaps and instructional materials.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness, update materials and recommend improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for product training and documentation queries.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies.
• Participate in trainer meetings and stay current with industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency (C1‑C2).
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the Santos office.
