About the role

We are seeking an inspiring Engineering Manager to lead a dedicated team of 26 engineers in the development of indoor units for residential heat‑pump products. The role combines people‑focused leadership with a strategic technical vision to shape the future of our product line.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 26 engineers, fostering career growth and a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Define and drive the technical vision for the indoor‑unit product line, overseeing the full development lifecycle from requirements engineering to integration and testing.
• Guide the team’s technical competence, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous skill development.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, modules, purchasing and product management to ensure seamless cross‑functional execution.
