End User Computing Engineer (L2) – Hybrid, Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for an End User Computing Engineer (L2) to join our internal team in Lisbon. You will help ensure reliable, compliant, and responsive endpoint operations across a global EUC estate, supporting our vision of making modern technology happen.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliable endpoint operations and maintain service availability across the client’s EUC estate.
• Execute configuration management, application deployment, patching, security remediation, and experience monitoring within agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide 8x5 shift coverage (8 a.m. – 12 p.m.) and on‑call support to guarantee continuous service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in endpoint management or EUC support, preferably in a managed‑services or financial‑services environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, request, CMDB) and patch‑management execution.
• Working knowledge of Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and endpoint security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with application deployment formats (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin) and basic troubleshooting of deployment failures.
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) platforms, Windows Autopilot, and device provisioning workflows.
• Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent) and CompTIA A+ certification.
