About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the correct operation of all equipment and systems across the resort properties, overseeing maintenance and repair activities for electrical, boiler, solar, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry installations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all equipment and systems across the resort properties, including electrical, boiler, solar, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry installations.
• Plan, coordinate and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise and guide maintenance teams, schedule work shifts and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage spare‑part inventories and liaise with external service providers.
• Report on maintenance performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in similar roles with a strong focus on electricity, boilers, solar systems, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry.
• Practical knowledge of civil construction.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Valid category B driving licence.
