Emergency & Self-Protection Planning Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Emergency & Self-Protection Planning Technician to support one of our major clients, an international engineering and consulting firm specialized in safety, risk management, and environmental solutions. The role focuses on creating safer infrastructures by developing comprehensive emergency and self‑protection plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update Self‑Protection Plans (Planos de Autoproteção).
• Prepare detailed Emergency and Evacuation Plans for various facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations to identify potential hazards.
• Define, implement, and monitor safety and emergency measures.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety and civil‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in emergency planning, safety, or civil protection.
• Strong knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with ANEPC regulations is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and responsible professional attitude.
