EMEA Benefits Analyst

About the role

Join Marsh’s Global Benefits & Mobility team as an EMEA Benefits Analyst, supporting benefits programs across multiple countries. This hybrid role is based in Lisbon and requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of EMEA benefits projects in partnership with the Regional Benefits Manager.
• Analyze benefits data for mergers, acquisitions and regional initiatives.
• Contribute to benefits harmonization, redesign and enhancement across countries and business units.
• Maintain benefits data, trackers, project plans and documentation.
• Partner with local HR teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Assist with benefits system updates, reporting, renewals, governance checks and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in benefits, rewards or HR analytics, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with employee benefits platforms or benefits administration systems.
