E‑commerce Support Specialist (B2B)

About the role

Join Bosch's HC eShop team in Aveiro to provide first‑line support for a strategic B2B eCommerce platform serving multiple countries. You will act as the main contact for users, ensuring smooth digital sales and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user helpdesk support for Bosch eCommerce solutions with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Respond to user inquiries, incidents, and functional questions as the first point of contact.
• Create, maintain, and distribute documentation on known issues, new features, and rollout information.
• Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new users.
• Support testing and quality‑assurance activities to ensure application stability and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and overall user experience.

Required profile

• Background in Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
• Experience in end‑user support (helpdesk), documentation, and test support.
• Familiarity with eCommerce solutions and digital platforms.
• Strong customer orientation and openness to change management.
• Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• SAP ERP SD (sales / lead‑to‑order / order‑to‑cash)
