Ecommerce Data Analyst

About the role

Nestlé Nespresso is seeking an Ecommerce Data Analyst to turn multiple data sources into actionable insights that drive digital and e‑commerce performance. This six‑month temporary position is based in Linda‑a‑Velha and works in a hybrid setting, supporting growth and decision‑making across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital and e‑commerce performance across channels to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, governance and accuracy for all digital assets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for operational teams and senior executives.
• Execute performance analysis aligned with business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support sales forecasting and build business cases for commercial initiatives.
• Provide analytical support to Activation and Experience teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Sales, IT and Finance stakeholders.
• Promote data literacy and a data‑driven decision mindset throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and statistical abilities with a talent for translating data into business insights.
• 3+ years of experience in digital/e‑commerce analytics (preferred).
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI and Google Data Studio; SQL and BigQuery are a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing, reporting and data visualisation.
• Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English.
