E-Commerce Coordinator – Fashion & Digital Retail

About the role

You will work closely with the E‑Commerce Manager as the operational backbone of three fashion brands. The position combines day‑to‑day store management, product content coordination and deep performance analysis, offering real ownership and variety in a fast‑moving, multi‑brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product listings on Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate product image production, from briefing to publishing assets.
• Ensure store health by managing translations, FAQ updates, content consistency and UX hygiene.
• Administer tools such as Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms and social‑media integrations.
• Collaborate with an external freelancer to coordinate paid advertising, tracking performance and timelines.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on conversion data, product performance, campaigns and customer behaviour, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or coordination, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and familiarity with related marketing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with above‑average results.
• Organised, process‑driven and comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities.
• Excellent written English; German or Dutch is a plus.
• Based in the Lisbon area with a valid EU work permit.
