Dutch‑Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Dutch‑and‑English speaker to join our customer support team in Porto. You will assist users of healthcare and medical‑device services, delivering professional, empathetic assistance while developing your career in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English, answering product‑related queries.
• Explain information clearly and guide customers through solutions.
• Listen actively to understand individual needs and retain relevant details.
• Process and document case information accurately.
• Prioritise and manage multiple customer cases efficiently.
• Handle complex or sensitive situations with composure and professionalism.
• Maintain an empathetic, customer‑focused approach across various markets.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in challenging situations.
• Active listening and empathy.
• Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is beneficial.
