Dutch-speaking Quality Analyst – QA Specialist

About the role

Konecta is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Quality Analyst to join its international BPO team. You will play a key part in maintaining high service standards and ensuring a consistent customer experience across front‑office and back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions against established quality criteria.
• Conduct quality assessments, deliver constructive feedback and support coaching sessions.
• Identify recurring issues, trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance processes and the overall customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with strong written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Contact Center or a similar environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural setting.
