About the role
We are looking for Dutch‑speaking Community Support Advisors to join a leading global short‑video social media platform in Lisbon. You will review user‑generated content, enforce platform guidelines and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for our community.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate community posts, comments and media in Dutch.
- Apply platform policies consistently and flag or remove violating content.
- Provide timely, courteous responses to user inquiries.
- Collaborate with a multilingual moderation team and report trends to senior staff.
Required profile
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Good level of English.
- EU citizenship, valid work permit, or refugee protection certificate.
- Customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
