Domain Architect

About the role

You will lead the design and evolution of large‑scale, Kubernetes‑based platforms, shaping how they are built, scaled, and operated. This senior position sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and strategy, driving a Kubernetes‑first, cloud‑native vision across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end architecture of Kubernetes platforms from concept to production.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into high‑level and low‑level designs.
• Define best practices and set technical direction for cloud‑native, containerized environments.
• Act as a technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding engineering teams.
• Support teams with implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in production.
• Continuously improve platform capabilities in CI/CD, observability, and security.

Required profile

• Senior‑level architect with extensive experience designing and operating cloud‑native distributed systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on technical depth.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and lead through expertise.
• Experience in telecom platforms, service mesh, observability tools, or infrastructure‑as‑code is a plus.
