Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of training documentation for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role ensures that all training materials comply with GxP standards and are readily accessible through our learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary document controller for training systems.
• Monitor and coordinate periodic reviews of training documentation.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and trainers to develop and update content.
• Manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Maintain document management and learning management systems.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a GxP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Background in Learning & Development processes and SOPs within a GMP facility.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to support operations during weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts.
