Dishwasher / Steward – Hotel Kitchen Support

About the role

The Dishwasher/Steward ensures the kitchen and dining areas remain spotless, sanitary, and well‑organized. Working closely with the culinary team, you will handle all aspects of dishwashing, storage, and basic food‑handling support in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation throughout the kitchen and service areas.
• Assist kitchen staff by cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Support proper food storage, rotation, and inventory control.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible and sometimes long hours.
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lb occasionally and 50 lb frequently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and tolerate hot and cold temperatures.
