Director, Value Quantification, Product Data & Analytics

About the role

The Director, Value Quantification leads the creation and operationalisation of data, models and analytics that quantify the economic impact of Mastercard’s products and services. This senior position partners closely with product, pricing, sales and customer success teams to embed rigorous value measurement into the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the value quantification strategy across the product lifecycle, embedding ROI and value measurement.
• Own and scale value models, ROI frameworks and simulation tools, ensuring robustness and transparency.
• Productise the value quantification platform with engineering to deliver automated, enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Enable value‑based pricing and commercial decisions through partnership with pricing, finance and product teams.
• Drive cross‑functional adoption of value quantification in workflows and storytelling.
• Establish a governed single source of truth for value analytics, ensuring data and KPI consistency.
• Lead AI‑enabled innovation in value modelling, improving predictive capabilities.
• Define governance and standards for model accuracy, auditability and enterprise consistency.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team focused on innovation and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑driven value quantification or ROI initiatives.
• Strong partnership skills with product, pricing, sales and finance functions.
• Track record of scaling analytical models and platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience establishing governance, standards and auditability for analytical models.
• Leadership experience building and managing high‑performing analytics teams.
