Director of Product Management

About the role

The Director, Product Management leads the Global Portfolio Optimization (GPO) team, driving portfolio performance through advanced analytics and data‑driven insights. This senior position partners with regional and functional stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and accelerate conversion at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Member of the GPO Target Team, focusing on insights, analytics, performance and KPIs.
• Contribute to the Portfolio Optimization methodology, delivering business performance management and data‑anchored value for customers.
• Develop and support performance analytics capabilities, tools, and dashboards.
• Produce BAU analytics outputs while expanding scope, KPIs and new capabilities.
• Package and deliver annual opportunity sizing, prioritization, and data visualizations to regional and functional leaders.
• Define global KPIs, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage key stakeholders to address analytics needs for strategic engagements and market segments.
• Innovate value generation by leveraging data, insights and analytics across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Exceptional analytical and data‑analysis skills.
• Strong business acumen with a collaborative, partnership‑focused approach.
• Experience understanding issuer/customer needs and translating data into performance‑management opportunities.
• Strategic and conceptual thinker with proven initiative management and execution mindset.
• Background in product management and consultative sales enablement is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical solutions.
• Agile, outcome‑oriented and high‑agency attitude.
