About the role
The Director, Leadership & Training will shape and execute EO’s global leadership development framework. Reporting to department leaders, you will partner with volunteer leaders, cross‑functional teams, and subject‑matter experts to ensure members at every level receive high‑impact learning resources.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of leadership content and training programs.
- Oversee curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation for chapter officers, regional and global leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align leadership pathways, architecture, and operational processes.
- Use data and feedback to refine programs and measure impact.
- Model EO values and promote a member‑centered approach to learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading leadership development or learning initiatives in a global or nonprofit context.
- Strong background in curriculum design and adult‑learning principles.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement mindset.
