Director, BVNK Synergy Program

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the BVNK Synergy Program, overseeing the execution and governance of strategic value‑creation initiatives arising from the BVNK acquisition. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver revenue synergies and ensure alignment across product, sales, technology, legal, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end governance of all BVNK synergy workstreams and maintain integrated program plans.
• Establish operating cadence, governance structures, reporting and accountability frameworks for senior stakeholders.
• Manage execution of priority synergy initiatives, including payments, card settlement, agentic payments and capital markets opportunities.
• Produce executive‑level reports, monitor milestones, manage risks, issues and decisions, and resolve execution obstacles.
• Track synergy business cases, partner with Finance to measure realized and forecasted value, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate across product, commercial, technology, treasury, finance, compliance, legal, risk and regional organizations to ensure coordinated decision‑making.
• Implement best‑practice integration management, simplify governance and build repeatable processes for future growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Proven experience in large‑scale transformation or integration programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, global organization.
