Digital Transformation Trainer

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Digital Transformation Trainer to join its consulting team. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving digital upskilling programmes that equip employees and clients with future‑ready competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver training sessions on Digital Competences.
• Adapt training content for basic, intermediate and advanced participant profiles.
• Create and maintain teaching materials such as presentations, manuals and hands‑on exercises.
• Monitor learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
• Provide technical and pedagogical support, answering questions and promoting best practices in technology use.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer, preferably with Microsoft 365.
• Mandatory certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills).
• Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration and growth mindset.
