Digital Sales Representative – Multilingual (Dutch, German, Arabic, French)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Representative to join Zendesk’s new Inside Sales team in Lisbon. You will become a product expert, engaging prospects and existing customers in Dutch, German, Arabic or French, and guide them through the buying journey using chat and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound leads and customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos and articulate the value of Zendesk solutions.
• Achieve and exceed SLAs, KPIs and shared revenue targets, including ticket volumes and response times.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and act as the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with global teams and attend the Lisbon office three days per week.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS, managing the full sales cycle.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Dutch, German, Arabic or French.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for Zendesk technology and quick learning aptitude.
