Digital Sales Representative – French & Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Generix Group is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to manage and grow its existing customer base in France, Belgium and Spain. Working remotely and using digital channels, you will focus on cross‑selling and upselling SaaS solutions to increase Annual Recurring Revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in Word (French, English or Spanish).
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within managed accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, helpdesk and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Fluency in French and Portuguese (written and spoken); English and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
