Digital Marketing Manager (m/f)

About the role

MysticInvest Holding, a global tourism and cruise group owned by Pluris Investments, is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of its digital marketing initiatives across several brands and platforms. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, and calls for someone who can turn insights into action, lead teams and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Implement and optimise attribution models, reporting systems and analytics frameworks to evaluate digital performance.
• Test, refine and scale audience targeting, creative messaging and spend allocation to maximise impact and ROI.
• Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists and oversee agency partners.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget and maintain the company's online presence and brand reputation across digital channels.
• Track performance metrics, produce actionable insights and regular reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Act as subject matter expert for outbound digital marketing and stay ahead of trends, platforms and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (search, display, social, email, programmatic, etc.).
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
