Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role covers planning, executing and optimising online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising and digital content, to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. It is a fully onsite position at the Lisbon office, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, paid social)
• Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels
• Run keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building
• Analyse metrics, A/B test creatives and optimise ad spend
• Work with content and design teams on ad copy, landing pages and assets
• Track KPIs, report results and manage email campaigns and acquisition funnels
• Keep up with trends and algorithm changes, and build retargeting and segmentation strategies

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with SEO tools and hands-on Google Analytics, GA4 and UTM tracking
• Copywriting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven team

• SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Google Analytics, GA4, CRO and A/B testing
• Email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) are a plus
