Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role plans, executes and optimises online marketing campaigns across several channels, covering SEO, SEM, paid advertising and digital content strategy. It is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, working closely with cross-functional teams in person, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads and paid social media
• Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels
• Run keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building to improve organic rankings
• Analyse campaign metrics, A/B test creatives and optimise ad spend
• Work with content and design teams on ad copy, landing pages and marketing assets
• Track KPIs, generate reports and give insights to improve strategy
• Manage email campaigns and customer acquisition funnels
• Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• SEO tools and keyword research experience
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking and CRO
• Copywriting skills for ads, landing pages and social media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams
