Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a Lisbon-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will plan, run and optimise online marketing campaigns across several channels, overseeing SEO, SEM, paid advertising and digital content to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. The role suits someone with a data-driven mindset and strong performance marketing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads and paid social media.
• Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Run keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building to improve organic rankings.
• Analyse campaign metrics, A/B test creatives and optimise ad spend.
• Work with content and design teams on ad copy, landing pages and marketing assets.
• Track KPIs, generate reports and give insights to improve strategy.
• Manage email campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
• Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies.

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media.
• Experience with SEO tools and hands-on work with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking and CRO.
• Ability to analyse data and optimise ad spend for ROAS and CAC.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.

• Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, CRO, A/B testing, landing page optimisation
• Email marketing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) are a plus
