Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

Salt is seeking a creative, technically‑savvy Graphic Designer to join its Digital Team. You will design intuitive, engaging digital experiences that drive online sales and support the visual identity of Salt and its sub‑brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual concepts for digital campaigns across performance‑marketing channels (Google, Meta, etc.) and adapt them for each platform’s specifications.
• Develop short animations or motion graphics using AI tools such as Runway.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing Communications, Digital, Sales and Product Management to align creative ideas with business goals.
• Contribute to web‑related visual assets, including icons, illustrations and UI elements, supporting UX/UI design tasks.
• Lead AI transformation within the design practice by testing and rolling out new AI tools that improve quality and speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital graphic design with a strong visual judgement.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the ability to quickly adopt new AI design tools.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and good communication skills for collaborative work.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Magnific, Runway, Reve.art, Adobe Firefly.
• Motion design / animation skills.
• UX/UI design knowledge and responsive web design.
• Iconography, illustration and creation of digital visual assets.
• Understanding of digital formats, safe zones and branding best practices.
• Prompt‑writing for AI image, video and copy generation.
