Digital Brand & Content Manager

About the role

Rebelo de Andrade seeks a Digital Brand & Content Manager to strengthen its digital presence and support international growth. Working closely with the Marketing & Communication Director, the role translates architecture, projects, people and ideas into engaging digital narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital and content strategy.
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain the editorial calendar.
• Create, write, design and publish digital content in Portuguese and English.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos, interviews, Reels and behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Manage and update the website back‑office.
• Design digital presentations and brand assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Oversee newsletters and support digital campaigns.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, developers and other external partners.
• Ensure visual identity consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in digital marketing, content, brand communication or social media.
• Strong visual and editorial judgment.
• Excellent writing skills in Portuguese and English.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital content, graphic design and video work.
• Highly organized, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Genuine interest in architecture, design, hospitality, culture and premium brands.
• Experience in architecture, design, hospitality, luxury or other visual sectors is a plus.
