Digital Ad Creative – Paid Media Design

About the role

ISTO is seeking a Digital Ad Creative to join its Creative Team in Lisbon. Working under the Creative Director, you will ensure that paid‑media ads are on‑brand, visually compelling, and performance‑driven, directly contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt static and video assets for paid‑media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Produce multiple creative variants for A/B testing in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain and organise the creative library to ensure easy access to up‑to‑date assets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & E‑commerce to track creative performance and inform future briefs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
