Dialysis Nurse (Full-Time) – Almada

About the role

Diaverum is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join its Almada clinic. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality renal care to patients living with chronic kidney disease.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across all clinical settings within the dialysis clinic.
• Implement quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence‑based care.
• Document nursing interventions accurately and promptly.
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and professional development activities.
• Assist in organising and managing the nursing team’s workload and activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English language skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical‑thinking abilities.
