DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to lead automation, release management, and cloud migration initiatives. You will work closely with development teams in Paris and operations teams in Porto, helping to modernise our infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the Operations team on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and modern DevOps practices.
• Support the adoption of automation and development practices within the Operations team.
• Own, maintain, and improve release management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Maintain the existing Windows/IIS environment while driving migration to OpenShift and containerised solutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python and PowerShell.
• Hands‑on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Solid experience administering Windows Server and IIS.
• Practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images, and pods.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and remote collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Experience with C# is considered a plus.
