DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join our Lisbon‑based team. You will design, build and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms while helping development teams adopt DevOps and SRE best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps and security teams to improve reliability, performance and security.
• Review and refine IAM policies following the principle of least privilege.
• Support application deployments, platform monitoring and incident resolution.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to enhance observability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability and cloud security.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or related roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (or equivalent).
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Scripting/automation: Python, PowerShell.
• Cloud networking, IAM and security best practices.
• Monitoring, logging and observability tools.
• Cloud Security Posture Management tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Wiz).
• Application security tools (e.g., Snyk, SAST, DAST, SCA).
