DevOps Engineer

About the role

Bedrock is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Lisbon office and help build and operate high‑performance video streaming platforms for major European media players. You will work closely with development and operations teams to design, deploy and scale cloud‑native services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and promote best‑practice DevOps tools and methodologies across squads.
• Support teams in migrating, deploying and scaling applications on AWS.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release processes.
• Design resilient, secure and cost‑optimized infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Participate in architectural decisions for micro‑service, CQRS and DDD based systems.
• Monitor platform performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Self‑starter with strong autonomy and ownership of projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI‑assisted tooling and modern cloud practices.
