DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing IT team in Portugal. You will work closely with business units to ensure smooth production workflows and reliable IT services. This is a mid‑level position (3‑6 years of experience) with a focus on automation and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand production workflows and scenarios.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Provide updates to business stakeholders, team members and partner teams on issues, tasks and projects.
• Identify root causes, apply patches or releases and contribute to post‑release checkouts.
• Improve day‑to‑day operations by writing scripts and automating procedure‑oriented tasks.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (3‑6 years) in DevOps or related IT roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• DevOps practices and tooling.
• Linux administration, especially Red Hat.
• Windows environment knowledge.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts.
• Application performance monitoring with Dynatrace.
• General IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Shell scripting.
