DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Bose’s DevOps team supporting embedded firmware development. You will partner with product development staff to deliver new features for consumer audio products and help advance our DevOps culture.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain CI pipelines that fully automate integration across embedded development teams.
• Build tools for release, validation, and publishing of embedded software components.
• Collaborate with software teams to identify and remove CI/CD bottlenecks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, participate in user groups, and apply best‑practice tools.
• Design, manage, and maintain automation tools for operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, embedded software development, or build infrastructure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar build automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or comparable cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with C/C++ builds and embedded systems such as Linux.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, and Grafana.
