DevOps Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is looking for a DevOps Engineer who can act as a guarantor of production throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stability and facilitating deployments for large‑scale systems serving millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical solutions and integrate infrastructure requirements, guaranteeing production stability across environments.
• Facilitate solution deployments, checking usability, security and compliance with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Application Production Support to implement monitoring and supervision strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of production processes with a focus on automation, performance and best practices.
• Support development teams by implementing technical user stories and ensuring adherence to security standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, production operations, IT risk or cyber security.
• Fluent English (expert level) and at least B1 proficiency in French, with willingness to improve language skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities, and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Experience with Elastic Search, Grafana and Dynatrace for service monitoring.
• Proficiency with DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost and Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Hands‑on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and OpenShift.
