DevOps Engineer – Cloud‑Native Platform

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud‑Native Platform team. You will work on building and operating CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments and managing Azure‑based Kubernetes environments for our clients across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement GitOps practices and automate deployments across environments.
• Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, storage and networking.
• Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability practices.
• Improve production stability, availability and incident response.
• Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management.
• Manage and optimise artifact repositories.
• Contribute to performance, load and stress testing.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile and other engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the DevOps/SRE platform.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD, infrastructure management and platform automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong hands‑on and autonomous mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive platform improvements.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong focus on reliability, scalability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
